The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) passed the House earlier today, with a significant amount of both Republicans and Democrats voting in favor of the legislation. The bill now proceeds to the Senate for their consideration.

Washington, D.C.– Today Congressman Kevin Cramer discussed the economic value of approving the Keystone XL pipeline at a hearing on the Northern Route Approval Act. The bill, co-sponsored by Congressman Cramer, would eliminate the need for Presidential approval and allow completion of the Keystone XL pipeline on its many merits including the final environmental impact study conducted by the Secretary of State.

The bill passed 416 to 7 and eases hydropower development at existing Bureau of Reclamation water canals and pipelines.

Stretches From Western North Dakota To Northern Colorado Transporting 60,000 Barrels Per Day
Washington, DC- Yesterday, ONEOK Partners, L.P. announced the completion of its Bakken natural gas liquids (NGL) Pipeline, the Stateline II natural gas processing facility, and an ethane header pipeline. The Bakken NGL Pipeline is a $450 to $550 million pipeline that stretches 600 miles from western North Dakota to northern Colorado to transport 60,000 barrels per day of unfractionated NGLs.

Bismarck, ND - On Friday, the North Dakota Department of Transportation was awarded $10,000,000 for railroad enhancements in the Devils Lake region. Once completed, the rail will be raised to address the rising level of Devils Lake, as well as upgraded to help compensate for increased demand. This Federal Railroad Administration grant is exclusive to infrastructure improvements of national significance.
