Washington, D.C., October 15, 2014 – The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) has awarded Rep. Kevin Cramer the NAM Award for Manufacturing Legislative Excellence. The award is based on his votes in the 113th Congress on issues that are critical to manufacturing in the United States.
FARGO, N.D. – Today Congressman Kevin Cramer helped kick off a rail safety training hosted by GATX Corporation and BNSF Railway in Fargo. During the two-day event GATX and BNSF will provide training to emergency responders on the proper handling of railcars using its TankTrainer and Classroom Car.

BISMARCK, N.D. – Today the Office of Advocacy of the U.S. Small Business Administration stated the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Army Corps of Engineers have improperly certified the proposed Waters of the U.S. rule under the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) and requests the agencies withdraw the rule.
