CRAMER STATEMENT ON SUMMIT WITH NORTH KOREA

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Kevin Cramer issued the following statement after the U.S. and North Korea summit in Singapore:      

“President Trump’s strong leadership, along with Congress’ sanctions on North Korea, brought Kim Jung Un to the table for this historic summit. Healing the wounds from the Korean War and decades of mistrust will build a foundation for peace in the region and around the globe. I am particularly happy to see the North Koreans commit to helping identify and return the remains of Americans still MIA from the Korean War.”
