* The name and affiliations of all individuals attending the meeting.

* The City of residence for each individual attending the meeting.

* The dates and times you will be in Washington or able to meet in North Alabama.

* A description of the topics you wish to discuss.

Representative Cramer and his staff will make every effort to accommodate your meeting request.  Priority is given to individuals, groups, and organizations from the 5th District of Alabama.
